These general terms and conditions of purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern all purchases of electric bicycles, electric bicycle parts and accessories in our online store www.sahkopyoratehdas.com and on related pages and channels ("Marketplace"). Our e-bike online store connects European e-bike manufacturers, e-bike dealers and consumers, offering a wide range of e-bikes, e-bike accessories and after-sales services.

   • 2.1 These Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to all orders placed on the e-bike e-shop.
   • 2.2 The terms of purchase always apply to the services provided by Sähköpyörätehdas Suomi Oy.
   • 2.3 Our customer service team will assist you with any questions relating to orders, deliveries, returns and guarantees.
   • 2.4 To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity.
   • 2.5 Availability cannot be guaranteed - we will notify you and refund you if the product is out of stock.

10. When does the right of withdrawal not apply to electric bicycles?
    • Does not apply to opened, sealed, made-to-order or perishable products.
11. Refund on cancellation of an e-bike order
    • 11.1 Delivery charges (for standard deliveries) are also refunded.
    • 11.2 The refund will be paid within 14 days.
    • 11.3 Right to deduct depreciation for the use of the bike.
12. Complaint in an e-bike online shop
    • 12.1 Complaints will be dealt with by the seller.
    • 12.2 The period is 3 years or as required by law.
    • 12.3 Complaints are made through the online shop.
    • 12.4 The compensation shall be paid in accordance with the law.
    • 12.5 Right to reject an unjustified claim.
    • 12.6 A defective product may be replaced.
13. Electric bicycle warranty
    • The terms of the guarantee are stated with the product. Warranty processing is handled quickly.
14. Force Majeure in the e-bike online shop
    • Delays are not covered in cases of force majeure.
15. Liability of Sähköpyörätehdas Suomi Oy
    • If you are not the seller, you are not a party to the purchase agreement.
16. Invalidity
    • An invalid paragraph does not affect the validity of the other paragraphs.
17. Applicable law and dispute resolution in e-bike e-commerce
    • 17.1 In the event of a dispute, you can contact the Consumer Disputes Board or the EU Dispute Resolution Service.
    • 17.2 Finnish law shall apply. Disputes shall be settled by the Finnish courts.
