Coverage of the guarantee
All e-bikes sold in the e-bike shop online are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, the length and conditions of which vary according to the manufacturer. The length and conditions of the warranty can be found in the product information of each electric bike under "Warranty". The warranty is intended to cover any manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
Start of the guarantee period
The warranty starts from the moment the e-bike is delivered to the customer. It is important to keep the order confirmation and the purchase receipt, as they serve as proof of the validity of the warranty.
Management of guarantees
Although the warranty comes directly from EU-based manufacturers, Sähköpyörätehdas handles all warranty issues on behalf of the customer. This means that if your e-bike develops a fault or problem within the warranty period, you can contact our customer service directly and we will take the necessary steps with the manufacturer.
The guarantee does not cover
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or damage caused by other external factors. Self-inflicted damage or defects caused by modifications made by third parties are also not covered by the warranty.
Warranty repairs and replacements
