With the ENGWE M20 Dual Battery electric fatbike 750 underneath, it felt like swapping a tool for an adventure machine. It was clear from the first few metres: this electric fatbike is not made for Sunday cruising - it's built for conquest.
The first thing we did was head off the edge of town onto a dirt road, where the dust rose to the sky and the engine roared like a beast. The ENGWE M20 Dual Battery electric fatbike 750 pulled us along effortlessly and put a smile on every team member's face. This bike doesn't ask where to go - it shows the way.
🔋 Two batteries, one mission: freedom
The combination of two 13Ah batteries - 26Ah in total - makes this model the true flagship of the ENGWE M20 Dual Battery electric fatbike 750 range. In PAS mode, we achieved a range of over 150 km on our test ride, and up to 80 km on gas alone without pedalling.
This electric bike does not restrict mobility. It expands the world around you. You can go to the forest in the morning and come back in the evening - and never run out of power.

🏁 Speed and power at the touch of a button
When we started to get tired of pedalling, we pressed the hand throttle - and the ENGWE M20 Dual Battery electric fatbike 750 accelerated up to 45 km/h without moving a foot. It felt like flying - but the tyres stayed firmly on the ground.
The Shimano 7-speed gearbox provided perfect control on climbs and descents, and the lighting made riding safe even after sunset.

How we handle your warranty issues for you:

If your electric bike develops a fault, contact the Electric Bike Factory's customer service immediately. You can

2. Fault assessment and inspection
When you contact us, our experts will assess the situation and check whether the problem is covered by the warranty.

Maintenance and assembly of electric bicycles in the electric bicycle factory

Assembling an electric bike
When you buy an e-bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our e-bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you'll get all the tools you need and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure your e-bike is ready to ride in just 30 minutes.
But if you need help at any stage, we're here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get set up without a hitch. If you still don't want to assemble the e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our shop and we'll assemble it for you - another service designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
Emergency services
The first service should be done after about a month of riding or after 100-300 kilometres. This initial service includes a complete wash of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, surface tensioning, chain oiling and a check of the general condition. This service ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery tests, transmission cleaning, tyre inflation and replacement, chain oiling and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of the use of your e-bike to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
Prices for maintenance and assembly services
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The initial service starts at EUR 79, and a comprehensive annual service costs EUR 129 (incl. VAT 25.5%).
If you want us to assemble the e-bike for you, you can bring it to our shop for 49,90 EUR.
