🚴 Something extraordinary happened at the Kruunuvuorenranta test drive

It was 07:40, the fog was slowly rising from the bay, and the joint test track of the Kruunuvuorenranta electric bike factories was preparing for the usual test day. But nothing was business as usual. The package packed into the back of the truck was unwrapped - and out popped the Koolux BK6S 500W folding e-bike.

"Is this it now?" someone said. The answer came in the form of silence. And then... the first kick. The engine roared, the suspension swallowed the first pebble, and the test drivers' mouths fell open.

In city driving, the Koolux BK6S 500W folding electric bike was a lifeless dominating machine. The wide 20″ x 4.0″ tires easily covered bumps, curbs and speed bumps.
Off-road, the bike didn't ask questions, it went ahead. Front suspension combined with wide tyres kept the ride smooth on rocks, gravel and soft terrain.
Uphill, the 500 watt engine pulled like a locomotive. Even the steepest climbs on Kruunuvuorenranna were completed without sweat - except for the spectators, who sweated with envy.

All e-bikes are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which covers the main parts as follows:

Frame: 10 years for manufacturing defects.
Electric motor and its components: 2 years.
Battery: 2 years.
Other electrical components: 2 years.

How we handle your warranty issues for you:

1. If you have a problem - Contact us
If your electric bike develops a fault, contact the Electric Bike Factory's customer service immediately. You can
contact us by email, phone or by filling in the warranty form on our website.
We will ask you to tell us more about the problem and send us any photos or
videos of the fault and purchase details. This will allow us to assess the problem as quickly as possible.

2. Fault assessment and inspection
When you contact us, our experts will assess the situation and check whether the problem is covered by the warranty.

Assembling an electric bike

When you buy an e-bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our e-bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you'll get all the tools you need and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure your e-bike is ready to ride in just 30 minutes.

But if you need help at any stage, we're here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get set up without a hitch. If you still don't want to assemble the e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our shop and we'll assemble it for you - another service designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.

Emergency services

The first service should be done after about a month of riding or after 100-300 kilometres. This initial service includes a complete wash of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, surface tensioning, chain oiling and a check of the general condition. This service ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.

Annual maintenance

Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery tests, transmission cleaning, tyre inflation and replacement, chain oiling and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of the use of your e-bike to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.

Prices for maintenance and assembly services

We keep maintenance costs competitive. The initial service starts at EUR 79, and a comprehensive annual service costs EUR 129 (incl. VAT 25.5%).

If you want us to assemble the e-bike for you, you can bring it to our shop for 49,90 EUR.
