When our team picked up the Randride YX20M-2 electric fatbike, we were not prepared for the fact that an electric bike can feel like a motorbike and behave like a wild beast born in the mountains. This isn't just an e-bike - this is a twin-motor electric fatbike that will change the way you think about getting around.

From the first turn of the throttle, it was clear: this electric fatbike Randride is not made for Sunday riding - unless Sundays include 45 km/h, 40-degree hills and eyes that turn at every junction.

At the heart of the Randride YX20M-2 are two 1000W electric motors that together produce an unimaginable amount of torque. This electric fatbike accelerates like an electric moped, leaving traditional electric bikes in the shade from the first uphill climb.

🔋 48V 20Ah battery - power and durability

In a test at the electric bike factory, Randride showed that the battery is not a bottleneck. The 48 volt, 20 ampere-hour power pack allows for up to 60 km of riding, depending on the engine compartment and terrain used. The removable battery makes charging easy - you can leave the bike outside and take the battery inside.

Frame: 10 years for manufacturing defects.
Electric motor and its components: 2 years.

How we handle your warranty issues for you:

1. If you have a problem - Contact us
If your electric bike develops a fault, contact the Electric Bike Factory's customer service immediately. You can
contact us by email, phone or by filling in the warranty form on our website.
We will ask you to tell us more about the problem and send us any photos or
videos of the fault and purchase details. This will allow us to assess the problem as quickly as possible.

2. Fault assessment and inspection
When you contact us, our experts will assess the situation and check whether the problem is covered by the warranty.

Maintenance and assembly of electric bicycles in the electric bicycle factory

Assembling an electric bike

When you buy an e-bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our e-bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you'll get all the tools you need and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure your e-bike is ready to ride in just 30 minutes.

But if you need help at any stage, we're here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get set up without a hitch. If you still don't want to assemble the e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our shop and we'll assemble it for you - another service designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.

Emergency services

The first service should be done after about a month of riding or after 100-300 kilometres. This initial service includes a complete wash of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, surface tensioning, chain oiling and a check of the general condition. This service ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.

Annual maintenance

Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery tests, transmission cleaning, tyre inflation and replacement, chain oiling and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of the use of your e-bike to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.

Prices for maintenance and assembly services

We keep maintenance costs competitive. The initial service starts at EUR 79, and a comprehensive annual service costs EUR 129 (incl. VAT 25.5%).

If you want us to assemble the e-bike for you, you can bring it to our shop for 49,90 EUR.
