If your electric bike develops a fault, contact the Electric Bike Factory's customer service immediately. You can

Assembling an electric bike
When you buy an e-bike from us, you can be confident that everything has been made as easy as possible for you. Our e-bikes are 90% pre-assembled, which means you don't have to worry about complicated assembly steps. For the final assembly, you'll get all the tools you need and clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure your e-bike is ready to ride in just 30 minutes.
But if you need help at any stage, we're here to help. You can contact us at any time, and we offer free video tutorials via WhatsApp to help you get set up without a hitch. If you still don't want to assemble the e-bike yourself, you can also bring it to our shop and we'll assemble it for you - another service designed to keep the process easy and hassle-free.
Emergency services
The first service should be done after about a month of riding or after 100-300 kilometres. This initial service includes a complete wash of the e-bike, a comprehensive check of the electrical components, brake and gear adjustments, surface tensioning, chain oiling and a check of the general condition. This service ensures that your e-bike is in top condition and ready for safe riding.
Annual maintenance
Annual maintenance includes even more comprehensive procedures: battery tests, transmission cleaning, tyre inflation and replacement, chain oiling and checks and updates to all electrical systems. We recommend annual maintenance regardless of the use of your e-bike to keep it in top technical condition and safe all year round.
Prices for maintenance and assembly services
We keep maintenance costs competitive. The initial service starts at EUR 79, and a comprehensive annual service costs EUR 129 (incl. VAT 25.5%).
