Electric bike maintenance price list and service descriptions

💡 General information

Maintenance of the electric bike is always carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Each service checks the safety of the bike, the functioning of the electrical systems and the riding comfort.

Prices include labour, small lubricants and inspections. Spare parts and additional work will be invoiced separately unless otherwise stated.

1. Inspection and cost estimate: the bike is inspected and any additional work is agreed in advance.
2. Maintenance: the bike will be maintained to the agreed extent, using only quality parts and materials.
3. Test drive and testing: all systems are tested before delivery.
4. Report: you will receive a breakdown of the actions taken and any future maintenance needs.

Regular maintenance of your e-bike keeps it in working order, extends the life of the motor and battery and ensures safe riding.

We recommend a basic service once a year or every 1000-2000 km.

Dropping off and picking up your bike:

Bring your bike to our shop at least one day before the service.

You will receive an email confirmation when the service is complete and you can pick up your bike.

Maintenance is carried out on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limited number of service times for each day.

The service may not be completed on the same day, unless an express service has been booked.

The bike must be picked up no later than the third day after the service is completed, or a storage fee of 5€/day will apply.

Late deliveries will result in the maintenance being postponed until the next holiday period.

Important considerations:

Thank you for bringing your electric bike to us for service.

However, additional needs may arise during maintenance, for example:

• need to replace brake pads, tyres or chain
• additional work on the electrical system
• sourcing and installation of parts

In these situations, there will be an additional cost, consisting of parts and the normal hourly rate (70€/h).

👉 If additional work and parts exceed 100€, we will always contact you before proceeding so you know the cost in advance.

This way, we make sure your bike gets fixed safely and all at once, and you know where you're going all the time.
