💡 General Information
Maintenance on electric bicycles is always performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
During each service, the bike's safety, the operation of its electrical systems, and its ride comfort are checked.
Prices include labor, small amounts of lubricant, and inspections. Replacement parts and additional work will be billed separately, unless otherwise noted.
Tire replacement (outer tire + inner tube)
The old tire is removed, the new one is installed and balanced.
40–60€ per tire
Brake Adjustment / Bleeding
Adjust brake levers and pads; check for wear and inspect brake fluid.
25–60€
Brake pad replacement
Installation and testing of new brake pads.
20–40€
Chain and Drivetrain Maintenance
Chains, sprockets, and gears are cleaned, inspected, and lubricated.
30–50€
Gear adjustment / cable replacement
Fine-tuning of gears and, if necessary, replacement of the cable and housing.

Steering Bearing Maintenance / Replacement
The steering bearings are disassembled, cleaned, and greased, or replaced with new ones.

Rim straightening and tire tread tension
We correct rim runout and inspect the tire treads.

Disassembly and cleaning of the rear-end motor, replacement of seals and grease, inspection of bearings.

Regular maintenance of your electric bike keeps it in good working order, extends the life of the motor and battery, and ensures a safe ride.
We recommend routine maintenance once a year or every 1,000–2,000 kilometers.
It's easy to schedule a service appointment through our website.
Please bring your bike to our store at least one day before your service appointment.
You'll receive an email confirmation when the service is complete, and you can pick up your bike.
Maintenance is performed on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a limited number of maintenance slots available each day.
The service may not be completed on the same day unless you have scheduled express service.
The bike must be picked up no later than the third day after the service is completed; otherwise, a storage fee of 5€ per day will apply.
Late drop-offs will result in the service being rescheduled for the next available time slot.

In these situations, additional costs are incurred, consisting of parts and the standard hourly rate (70€/h).
👉 If additional work and parts exceed €100, we will always contact you before proceeding so that you know the costs in advance.
This way, we ensure that your bike is repaired safely and all at once, and you know exactly what's going on the whole time.

Regular maintenance of your electric bike ensures a safe and long-lasting riding experience. There are numerous service shops in Finland that offer electric bike maintenance to users of various brands and models. Most service shops specializing in electric bikes provide comprehensive service, regardless of the brand.
Tip: Always check in advance what maintenance services the shop offers and whether they service your specific type of e-bike (for example, an electric city bike, electric fat bike, or electric mountain bike).
And if replacement parts aren't available for your electric bike model, don't worry! Service centers can order them from us. We carry all wear parts and replacement parts at the most competitive prices on the market.
