Electric Bike Maintenance Price List and Service Descriptions

💡 General Information

Maintenance on electric bicycles is always performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

During each service, the bike's safety, the operation of its electrical systems, and its ride comfort are checked.

Prices include labor, small amounts of lubricant, and inspections. Replacement parts and additional work will be billed separately, unless otherwise noted.

1. Inspection and Cost Estimate: The bike will be inspected, and any additional work will be agreed upon in advance.
2. Maintenance: The bicycle will be serviced to the agreed extent, using only high-quality parts and materials.
3. Test Drive and Testing: All systems are tested before delivery.
4. Report: You will receive a breakdown of the work performed and any future maintenance needs.

Regular maintenance of your electric bike keeps it in good working order, extends the life of the motor and battery, and ensures a safe ride.

We recommend routine maintenance once a year or every 1,000–2,000 kilometers.

Delivery and pickup of the bike:

Please bring your bike to our store at least one day before your service appointment.

You'll receive an email confirmation when the service is complete, and you can pick up your bike.

Maintenance is performed on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a limited number of maintenance slots available each day.

The service may not be completed on the same day unless you have scheduled express service.

The bike must be picked up no later than the third day after the service is completed; otherwise, a storage fee of 5€ per day will apply.

Late drop-offs will result in the service being rescheduled for the next available time slot.

Important notes:

Thank you for bringing your electric bike to us for service.

However, additional needs may arise during maintenance, such as:

• the need to replace brake pads, tires, or a chain
• Additional work on the electrical system
• purchase and installation of parts

In these situations, additional costs are incurred, consisting of parts and the standard hourly rate (70€/h).

👉 If additional work and parts exceed €100, we will always contact you before proceeding so that you know the costs in advance.

This way, we ensure that your bike is repaired safely and all at once, and you know exactly what's going on the whole time.
