Shipping Costs
At the Sähköpyörätehdas online store, all deliveries are always free. Shipping costs are included in the product price, and customers do not have to pay separately for shipping. This applies to all products purchased from our online store.
Shipping Method
Products are shipped directly from electric bike manufacturers located in the EU with whom we have entered into a partnership agreement. The factories ship the ordered e-bikes directly to the address provided by the customer, with no middlemen involved. The e-bike factory’s online store does not ship the products itself; instead, the manufacturers handle the entire shipping process from start to finish.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 4–15 business days, starting from the time the manufacturer has received payment and processed the order. The processing time is typically 1–2 business days. Once the order is ready to ship, the customer will receive a tracking code from the manufacturer via text message and email so they can track the order’s progress in real time.
The shipping company will contact you when the shipment arrives in Finland
Once your order has arrived in Finland, the selected shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery time. You can choose the day and time when your electric bike will be delivered to your doorstep.
Follow-up
You will always receive a tracking link for your order, which you can use to check the status of your shipment. The manufacturer will send you the tracking code via text message and email as soon as your order has been shipped.
