Ordering an electric bike from us is easy and secure. We use the Finnish payment processor Paytrail, which supports all the most common payment methods in Finland.

All payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj, which is regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority and works in partnership with all major banks and payment service providers.

⏱️ Processing Time and Shipping

Once you have paid for the electric bike, your order will be processed immediately. Processing takes 1–2 business days, after which the electric bike will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or our warehouse.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking link in your email, which you can use to track your package.
