d) Delivery time is usually 3–8 days from order processing and, for pre-orders, 4–5 weeks from receipt of payment

Sellers
strive to deliver products within 30 days of order processing and
receipt of payment in all cases. The customer will receive a tracking code and a separate estimated delivery time
from the seller and/or the shipping company once the product is in transit. Once the product has arrived
in Finland, the shipping company will contact the customer to arrange a delivery time. Electric bikes
will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
e) For unclaimed products or products that the customer refuses to accept, the seller will charge
for return shipping costs. The customer must carefully review the seller’s return policy before making a purchase. - Right of Withdrawal and Returns at the Electric Bike Online Store

c) The notice of cancellation must be submitted directly to the seller, and matters related to cancellation notices
are handled directly with the seller. If the seller offers the option to submit a notice of withdrawal
via the seller’s website, the seller must notify the customer without delay of the receipt of a notice of withdrawal
submitted in this manner.
d) You may use the cancellation form available on the Sähköpyörätehdas Suomi Oy website, through which
the cancellation notice is forwarded to the seller.
e) Product returns related to cancellation notices are always handled in coordination with the seller.
f) The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount of return shipping costs
in the event of a cancellation is specified on each product’s sales page. Since products are shipped to the customer from the seller’s factory or warehouse located outside Finland (

ii. The product—which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned—has been opened.

If the order has already been handed over to the shipping company before the cancellation notice is received, the order cannot be canceled but will be treated as a delivered order. In this case, any cancellation and return will be processed according to the standard return procedure after the customer has received the product.
The funds paid by the customer are allocated to the order until the order has been delivered or the cancellation has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time and no later than the deadlines required by the Consumer Protection Act.
The seller of each product is responsible for delivery times related to pre-orders, any delays, and obligations related to cancellations and returns.
